Festive Food & Drink

Because of its floral notes and enchanting flavor, Lavender is a delicious addition to many foods. Take your hot chocolate from ordinary to gourmet by adding a little Lavender Vitality or Peppermint to the mix!
Simply stir all the ingredients together in a large pot on the stovetop and turn the heat to medium-high. Heat through and serve warm in your favorite festive mugs, add fresh apple slices and oranges for garnish!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a mixer, beat softened butter and sugar until smooth. add in eggs, vanilla, and Lime Vitality. In a separate bowl mix flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix in toasted coconut, if desired. Then slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients one cup at a time.
Make rounded cookies and roll in extra sugar. Drop onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, let sit on cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing to wire rack to finish cooling. Enjoy with some Wassail!
